Mentor Protégé
The Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to improve the performance of contracts and subcontracts, foster the establishment of long-term business relationships between large prime contractors and small business subcontractors, and increase subcontracting opportunities and accomplishments.

Joint Venture
A joint venture is a business structure where two or more businesses pool their resources to compete for government contracts. Joint ventures can be a strategic way for small businesses to participate in government contracting and can also be beneficial for larger businesses. A joint venture can also bid on contracts for service-disabled veterans, women, or HUBZone businesses if a member of the joint venture meets the requirements.

Traditional Teaming
Traditional teaming agreements, or teaming arrangements, are temporary partnerships between two or more independent companies that come together to pursue a competitive bid for a federal contract. This collaboration allows businesses to leverage their combined skills, expertise, and resources to meet the government’s requirements effectively.
